Motorbike Preparation

Before the vehicle is handed
over to the client,

it undergoes a mandatory wash
and technical
inspection.
Special attention is paid to the

condition of the brakes and the
tire pressure.

Delivery

At the appointed time, we deliver the motorbike
and helmets to the location specified by you.
On-site, a video recording of the vehicle's
damages is made, the contract is signed, and
the remaining balance is paid.

End of Rental

A day before the rental ends,
the manager confirms
the
return location and time. The
client can extend
the rental if
agreed upon. Our staff records
the bike's
condition, collects it,
and returns the deposit after
ensuring no damages or losses.

What are the licenses required for a motorbike?
Driving without a license is at your own risk, but we don’t recommend doing so. Recently, Thailand has modified the fine amounts, and now there is no clear understanding of exactly how much you will be fined if caught without a license.
Deposit and prepayment
There’s no prepayment in our service. You only pay returnable deposit (from 5000 THB).
Is the deposit refunded if I cancel the booking?
Yes.
In which currency can the deposit be made?
The deposit can be made in any currency convenient for the client. The deposit amount is calculated based on the current exchange rate.
When will I get my deposit back?
The deposit is returned at the end of the rental period.
How much does delivery or self-pickup cost?
Delivery prices vary by area and starts from 250 THB.
Self-pickup is free, you can always pick up and return by yourself.
Or you can choose one delivery and one self-pickup. Any option is available.
How and where to refuel motorbike?
1. You simply pull up to the pump, tell the attendant how much fuel you want, and they will handle the rest.
2. Open the tank
3. If you want the tank completely filled, you can say «full», the exact amount in baht you want to refuel with, or «dem thang» which means «fill the tank» in Thai.
4. Pay in cash with the gas station attendant
What comes included with each bike?
We provide the necessary number of helmets with all bikes. Additionally, each bike is equipped with a phone holder to conveniently use the navigator and not get lost anywhere.
What if my motorbike breaks down?
Call or message us right away on Line or WhatsApp. We'll discuss the problem. In case of a breakdown, we'll send our employee who will repair the bike, or we'll provide a scooter as a replacement.
Relationships with the Police and Road Traffic Rules
The police often set up checkpoints, especially in tourist areas, where they can fine you for not having a license or helmet. The fines are usually around 500-1000 baht. Some tourists try to resolve the situation by offering a bribe, but this is illegal and risky. On the roads in Thailand, drivers often ignore traffic rules like changing lanes without signaling. As a motorcyclist, you need to be very attentive due to the heavy flow of traffic and the chaotic driving style. If you get into an accident without a license, your insurance may not cover you. So it's recommended to either have an international driving license or use public transportation to avoid these situations.
